I owned a graphic design company during the .com boom and back then we would build websites for 10s of thousands of dollars with flash/html hybrids etc..just depends on what you wanted really.

the OPMG website is a basic cookie cutter site..not very hard to build it at all. This site prob cost $2500 TOPS. We would of been able to build that site in about 3 days. When you update a site..there is NO reason to make it look like it does right now. You can put up a splash page while the site is being worked on and not live. The splash page can have the contact info on there that still works. I know b/c we did this all the time while we were building a site for clients.

Takes about 5 mins to make a splash page to have up while you are updating.
