Admiral I just wanted to follow up on that thought. I'm not 100% sure how things are working here because I only know what I have read about the merger. But I do know somethings about the business world.
Many times in the business world when "buy outs" occur on friendly terms they call it a merger, regardless if it is a buyout or not.
Like I said I don't know the exact circumstance here, but my guess would be that it was done on friendly terms. Which is a positive thing for both companies and will promote growth.
