WL's pattern of consistent PRs pretty normal for a CEO that isn't focused on pps but instead IS focus on building a corporaate conglomerant. WLs associations with other poeple in corporate hierarchies is also pointing to corporation building.

Everything points away from pink sheet gamesmanship.

Building a conglomeration or a set of Joint Ventures and or mergered companies requires,

1. as many and as valuable concessions as possible,

2. complimentary JVs, and

3. in this case probably a merger / OTC uplist.

If I were William, I would be doing exactly what he is doing. Letting all of the Pink Sheet kiddies run about yammering and squalling while I get the business done.
