Why choose to dilute now? Because the deal is far from done and likely will never be done. The PR's embellished the truth in order to turn some junk stock into cash. 0.003 up to 0.045 is a tone of cash! Very typical penny stock scam to use specific dates in PR's to entice investors into major buying based on a sure thing (9 times of of 10 the date comes and goes without delivering, but the company cashed in for sure). These are great plays if you realize what is going on and sell before the date hits, no delivery and PPS tank.....However, another tasty convincing PR could still turn this thing on a dime.
