Are CLNT and RCON fundamental and/or technical plays? TIA

CLNT looks look a pincher/short squeeze.
RCON break out after consolidation.

Do you think they have more upside in them or need a breather? RCON seem to be setting up to break the previous high. CLNT, I don't know how long this one will last. TIA
