Maybe profit for holders of A shares, but common shareholder will get nothing. As shown by Joe actions with his 1000:1 R/S.

Again, do you think Joe was unaware of Dean's illegal action as he was selling shares for him? Or should shareholder not hold that against him?

I think he has some explaining to do, and "I don't recall" doesn't cut it.
