I agree somewhat with Mitch, that if they sell a million dollar's worth of shares in the market, they will gain a million dollars to put into the business, so there is no true dilution. However, at the same time, if that money is being controlled pretty much by 2 people, there may be problems. We are not talking about a huge company here with a lot of oversight. plus to sell this amount of shares in the market would cause a fairly significant fall in the price per share. I think the volume will significantly drop off now that the news has been all pretty much released. I also see the share price either sticking where it is or going back to the .013 - .016 range. There was nothing in the CC for new buyers to get excited about. It just made longs feel a bit better about their investment.
