It is so strange to see no one posting here. I know everyone is waiting for news. I still maintain that what is on the website is news. If it was my company, I would behave much the same way, I know that if I was working on a JV or some other deal, I would want as little information as possible going out until it was set in stone and that never happens overnight if it is done correctly. I've seen several PR's from other companies that in the long run were BS not PR.
Since everything on the website can be verified, there is no reason to doubt that what is stated will occur, perhaps the time frame is a wee bit off but that just depends on ones perspective.
