Haha, that's an oldie but goody! I guess essentially that's exactly what took place there. Now were in a similar boat with IBRC. They purchased new shares from NV. only 1bil. I think if they are looking to sell these off later, It won't be for no measly .001 par level. Not with the forthcoming contracts, news, & mergers... were just getting started here.
