RE LONG CONVERSATION WITH SCOTT FROHMAN:

The bottom line here with the company, is that they have not monetized the product as well as they hoped because, my words here... they weren't making enough sales. (really?) Kids weren't buying it in hoards, like anticipated. (As many of the posters and longs have know for a long time, we weren't seeing revenues.)

The silence right now, is due to the big project. And, that is the Spanish River High School Concert, and taking this forward to a huge level with other schools.

They are very excited, because they are "bundling" and marketing in this new manner. Phoneguard is very, very involved in a big way with this new strategy. The kids are making a huge difference with this conference, and they (phoneguard and other high schools) are already planning the one in October. (I was told Keith Urban by Randall) Huge artist/talent names coming on board for October. They believe this will raise big-time revenues, and all other partners believe the same (the high school, Global Max.) This will probably become a money-making "series" of events.

YES PHONEGUARD is a huge sponsor. Yes, their logo will be out there in our faces, in a big way. Car companies are lining up to ask to be sponsors. They are also hoping insurance companies.

IS JUSTIN BIEBER STILL WITH THE PROGRAM:? yes! He will fulfill his obligations, (tweets, Facebook...with this current concernt, and who knows what else...)and, with the new monetization and program, Phoneguard very much anticipates that JB will re-sign the contracts.

I DON'T KNOW IF WE WILL HEAR FROM PHONEGUARD THIS WEEK. THEY ARE HEAVILY INVOLVED WITH THIS PROJECT AND WILL LET US KNOW WHEN THE PROJECT IS READY TO BE PR'D . MANY MANY DETAILS.

SCOTT IS NOT TAKING A SALARY.

HE IS AT THE OFFICE, AND ST CLAIR IS ALSO, EVERY SINGLE DAY, MANY HOURS.

IF YOU CAN STAND IT, PATIENCE , JUST A LITTLE MORE PATIENCE. They are very high on this event, and very excited.

BTW, the financials are going to suck the big one. (my take on things, he did not say that)

Nice.. did you by chance make an audio recording of the call? (Many andorid apps can do this quite easily...) I would love to hear it if you did....
