I think you're right... the WUFL is actually a partnering with emax media, as I understand the press release. She'll definitely have some work to do on it.

IMO Diante must have some deal ready to go or they wouldn't have appointed him as CEO of MPIX. Listening to the radio interview, you'd think they are ready to blast off... but it was apparently a false start. :(
