I'm curious and sorry if I missed it in the posts. But did you call them and ask why the hell your locked out? That would be the first thing I would do, your working with them aren't you? I mean hell thats business 101))).

If they won't tell you something, like sorry sir try again or our system crashed, then I say maybe you were not active enough for there liking or we will get some great news tonight, IMO. Just somethings missing here in your story, I'm just saying if you've done all this already and still nothing.
