In the mind of investors the repercussions for IWDM are immediate, the damage has been done for just missing the deadline. Same for existing shareholders, who can no longer trust that IWDM is working for them, and not against them.

In regards to the exchanges they were granted a 15 day extension. After that I don't know how long it takes for them to be delisted by the OTCBB and placed back on Pink Sheets. Then there are different levels of Pink Sheets too. I do know it takes about 6 months of no reporting to be at the bottom of the pink sheet barrel.
