Yep, 10k will be out soon enough to answer all these questions (HOPEFULLY) about the latest numbers from the TA and Asher involvement. I'll be shocked if we see funding stuff in the 10K before we hear something in a PR or 8K. I thought if they had a funding LOI they would have to notify the market within 4 business days so I'm expecting 8K or PR.
