This may seem to be a silly question but I need some clarity as I am still learning. If IMUC has orphan drug status and gets approved first then they would have exclusive rights, Correct? If that is the case then it is indeed a race to the finish line for the treatment of GBM.....IMUC, CLDX and NWBO all have Orphan Drug status.
