Nasdaq where a homeclick would belong would call for 3:1 or 4:1 reverse split to be affectuated to meet the minimum requirement of
$1.00 per share.



How can you enact a 3-4:1 reverse split on something with 5 million shares? It's not possible, the stock would not be liquid enough for the NASDAQ exchange.

IF there really is anything happening here (I am beginning to have my doubts), they would probably stay on the OTC for awhile...don't expect a move overnight.
