I think he learned from that experience that there is money to be extracted from from the U.S. penny scam markets without leaving a dime behind for the eager investors who "fell for it".

Just milk the market, take the cash, and leave an empty shell behind.

The major problem with NHSH though, is that too many people watched what happened to the company of which NHSH is a subsidiary (QASP). The audience was too large. No one is falling for the NHSH scam, and that's why it has become untradeable.
