That's my point exactly. I would be terrified to come on a public forum or board and announce I know something "material" all other shareholders don't. Then all of a sudden SEC puts a "insider trading" halt on this security? OMG! All someone would have to do is screen shot the post that were made and wala, smoking gun with prints and all, case closed, civil or criminal violations.

Man, some of these posters either have some big ones, or just don't know the law very well.
