Nice post, Mr. Cheese! But I disagree with the notion that they would do a R/S for the purpose of raising the SP. Any filing or PR mentioning Homeclick would take care of that, IMO. If they R/S, I think it would more likely be for the purpose of increasing the OS to qualify for the big boards.
