The OTC site which gives daily updates on stock status changes gives the specific reason a "Stop Sign" has been issued. In CGAQ's case, as well as another stock I hold (BRZL) they are stopped on the basis of potential trading on a inside information. Go to the OTC site and read it for yourself.
