What's wrong with asking them to be current? Seems fishy if they don't wish to be imo, no?

truth is truth-reg stepped back allowing these non reg co's to do their thing-pennies already have a lot more accountability than they did in the wild west days-but for profit otc who receives ca 40 % of their revenues from these filings is trying to force all co's to current status(a lot more filings plus the busywork filings-so more profits for otc) so they've done this to hundreds of co's and then wont allow them to just regain no info or limited info -they throw an unnecessary gauntlet to force them to upgrade to current-essentially blackmail
