I'm really curious why Roger or Donna haven't provided some kind of comment here. Seems as if, when things were still clouded they had no problem coming here and spewing BS. Now that the SEC has stepped in and laid down the long arm of the law it has become quiet time?

Let's hear it Donna and/or Roger, tell us all what your plans are now...LMAO!!!!!!!

FYI, I forwarded the SEC complaint to William Wilson for those of you who were part of the Mohlman suit. He loved it. Said that quash motion was definitely in his top 5 list of favorite cases he has been a part of.
