(OTCBB: SNPK) (PINKSHEETS: SNPK) (the "Company" or "Sunpeaks Ventures"), value-added distributor of specialty drugs and over-the-counter ("OTC") branded multivitamins to the healthcare provider market, is pleased to announce that it has forwarded all necessary documentation to the company's transfer agent to cancel 50,000,000 common shares of the Company's stock with the intent of improving the overall capital structure and to increase shareholder value. The cancelled shares were previously held by Mr. Mackie A. Barch, CEO of Sunpeaks.
The share cancellation reduces the total number of issued and outstanding shares from 420,500,750 to 370,500,750.
