Keeping a watch list consistently updated can be a pain in the balloon knot, but I realize now how necessary it is to actively manage one if you want to keep your eyes peeled. I just dumped a crap load of worthless stocks I was watching. I get all scatter brained and start adding tickers like crazy reading here and on other boards.

I'm trying to be a lot more disciplined now and setting snobby standards for what I want to watch.
