Wow....

Another interesting exchange here on the ihub..

What do you guys make of the filing I referenced from the other day...nopbody picked up on it or wanted to comment..

here's what I wrote..

From the filing... "The registrant's Quarterly Report (Form 10-QSB) could not be filed timely without unreasonable effort or expense due to the investigation by the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors....."

What does that mean....?

Dyna commented that it's not the first time Torvec has missed a filing date....That's not what I was referring to...I was referring to the part about the investigation of the Board of Directors by the Executive Committee...what do guys think that means...?
