I heard from MG concerning my inquiries and was pleasantly surprised about the response.

He claims that he has done everything to protect the shareholders and everything will eventually be understood when we get info pertaining to the development and status.

He is frustrated as we are about not hearing any news. Due to legalities involved he has been instructed to stay silent so all we can do is wait and see.

I am personally baffled at the whole ordeal. Communication and updates should be given but for whatever reason we are left in the dark. Frustrating to be a major shareholder and not know what the company is doing....
