Velatel's Legal Opinion
Legal opinions are always good to have. Once I did have the
idea for my lovely neibur, when its hot outside, to sprinkle
with water. Since I'm generally a carefull person, I called-up
4 attorneys to receive a legal opinion. 2 attorneys told me
"If they like it" go-ahead and the 2 other attorneys told me
"If they dont like it and have possibly Dobermans, then better
think twice. That much about legal opinions in general and as
result confused, I completely gave-up that attractive idea !
However legal opinions are just opinions and not to compare
any guarranty and/or licenses as permission to do business,
it resulting means nothing for revenues and investors profit.
But now since Velatel did also receive a legal opinion they
again just try to create a finacial advantage on expenses
of any investor, just for possibly getting better prices for
the unlimited stocks dumpings, I also like to have from you
a legal opinion and documents about the following :
1.For example Mr. Georgy Alvarez by his biography mentioned
before CHTL/VELA until 2008, at a construction company to
work. ( Until today at Velatel only 4 years Blah-Blah.)
By some other puplications he mentioned to have over
20years expertise in the internet broadband field.
2.Since I'm not a american, I have heard that in the USA nearly
all construction, street-garbage and material recycling
companies are regrettably controlled by the Italien-Family
( Mob ) the US did try very hard, but failed to get rid of.
According above point 1. Mr. Alvarez did also work at a
construction company, but his name to me sounds Espanol.
3.Velatel's Mail-Box Scam Law&Investors Abuse Company located
at Bluff Road as the perfect address for any such company.
Now for at above Point 1. to Point 3. I like also to have your
legal opinion and if you for the present documentation could present additionaly any scanned-pdf documents, about any may
possible court-verdicts related to Investors or unreasonable
financial advantages, Etc. matters in that direction, for
myself to hand to ZTE-China and especially the US-SEC to
think about ?
