IMHO, the Constitution has been circumvented by both Dems and Pubs - rationalized by their subjective causes. It started soon after the ink was dry on the doc. The fatal flaw in the U.S. Constitution was allowing Slavery. Big Immoral Mistake that allowed the docs validity to be questioned. There are countless references to this...
