It's full of a ton of flaws, and the most namely one is the raping of ATRN shareholder value and the complete disregard for fiduciary duty to those shareholders.

Delisted or not, deregistered or not, the directors STILL have a duty to preserve shareholder value and have a good reason to do what they've done.

To liquidate assets, leaving a shell and then sell out for peanuts is pretty much WHITE COLLAR CRIME.

Completely ridiculous theory. Let's move on.

It's my money tree. It's watered with hours of painstaking study and constant learning. Occasionally, I'll give it a good shake, continue watering, and more will grow back.
