Looke benson, Mpix will be just fine. The basis of these complaints are due to the lack of JV. Then we have a few straglers over from emxc. Its been obvious for sometime that thing were shifting to mpix thats why emxc percentages kept getting smaller and smaller. Its unfortunate what happen at emxc however I think it will be resolved in due time. Even after the resolve thats not the buisness MPIX is. Yes I agree it should not have happend But it did.


However MPIX is alive and well. I think this will end up being beneficial as she will now for sure do the needed paper work and fillings because with out either one she is done IMO. People can sit around and make comments about what may happen with the SEC but thats like buying a lotto ticket and discussing what to buy until they call your number doesnt matter. Mpix has not had their number called EMXC has.



The FACTS we have are

Diante (credible guy with MPIX .. prolly the first one ever)

Music library (value needs an actual appraisal)

Wfl ( dont think it knocks down millions but there is a market )


Possible JV (still however not a fan)

Mpix is halted

Mpix will be halted

Thats the basics, no reason to make it more complicated then needed.
