Is everyone aware that Reality Networks is negociating 2 separate merges...one with Genesis and one with the Saudi company. Does anyone have any further details of their situation. I imagine shareholders will be ditributed shares for each of the new companies.

I am a bit frustrated as I am not able to reach Cariaga with RWNW...has anyone else had a luck speaking with him
