No money/resources = late filings from where I'm sitting. I may be missing the boat on the "complex" thing, but to me that's clearly what is going on here. This company has no money and is playing a waiting game while struggling to get things done on time. Missing filing dates is nothing new for this company. It's the same old song and dance, but they seemingly have even fewer resources at their disposal than they did before, trying to keep costs down.
