OS Update,
As of September 30, 2011
6,559,333,224 issued and outstanding common “CA” shares

As of 12/31/2011
6,869,554,120 Common shares outstanding

Only an increase of 310,220,896 from the company. 150 million settled the lawsuit.

In the fourth quarter of the Company issued 150,000,000 shares of common stock as
part of the adjusted settlement of litigation.

As usual everyone wants to make us think massive dilution, but it is just not the case.
