Why bother? What are you trying to accomplish? half a billion shares outstanding and the only people who will benefit are the crooks holding the stock. Have they given you a silent interest?

Have you ever accomplished anything meaningful in the mining sector? Why did the SEC have to write you to chastise you for the most basic issues relating to disclosure within your own industry?

You folks are beyond hopeless. There is only one explanation for your behavior - its not stupidity (though I do not rule that out) - its dishonesty and ongoing attempts to steal from innocenet investors.
