You will get the message that AIVITECH is the real deal and will file the 8K request for a 15 day extension of time to then file the required 10K. And if you look at Edgar search you will see a S filing from a month or two ago that had to do with a security issuance. That S filing has the 2011 fins up to September 2011 So we are really only waiting on the 4th Quarter 2011 numbers!
