In a sense we are not much closer than we were 1 year ago. In 4 weeks we will be at the same level as last year.

Last year May 4th we were waiting on the 3 q's of 2010 and the 2010 10K.

Today we are waiting on Q1 restatement, 2 q's of 2011 and the 2011 10K.

Amazing how little things change in almost a year.

Now on the positive side I actually feel confident they will release at least one 10Q this month. That could mean there has been at least some level of progress since last year.
