I am with ya here, I am to the point now where talk is cheap lets see some action. Tired of hearing excuses or should i say reasons why we are not getting news.
I manage people for a living, I will tell ya if you ant a strong team you have to communicate with them. Sure there are somethings you must hold back, bubt being as honest as you can with them goes along way just like it would here. Soometimes they say no news is good news, But i tend to differ in this case.
