When one reads hundreds of SEC Suspensions and Administrative Proceedings the implications of those allegations means the SEC believes EMXC has disseminated inaccurate information. At best inaccurate information is a Securities Violation and at worst it could be criminal fraud.
Public companies are expected to tell the truth when disseminating company information to the public who buy shares on the veracity of that information.
"Lack of current and accurate information" are serious allegations.
