I know your position. You have been warning folks on this board for a long time. I thought I had a good thing happening in my on front yard so to speak when the PR hit about Cordele and the inland port. Turns out to be another penny play,,,not an investment. If you get in and can get back out with a profit count yourself lucky or very good at this game. Most folks will lose it all I'm afraid. I saw the poster asking about the timber company and I had some information to share. It is NO WAY an endorsement of this company. And I use the term company most generously.
