I consider this stock ALL or NOTHING. Up 1000% from this point is gonna still be very low compared to what it will be if/when we get a funding deal. We either go to a decent penny number with funding or we stay in the dumps of sub penny. I don't know what precipitated its last rise to .015 (some say a momo group involved) but its clear no funding deal was in place that could sustain much higher gains than that.
