Hey, all!

I need your help.

I called the City of Cordele, GA today, and I got in touch with the people at the courthouse that are in charge of deeds and leases. They told me that attorneys haven't filed anything about any lease that Vega Biofuels may or may not have and that that information would go into their system the day the attorneys filed it.

The address given for the facility leased by Vega in the 3/26/12 PR is 2801 E 13th Avenue in Cordele, GA. According to the clerk I spoke to, the Continental Timber Corporation owns it now. So, I decided to call the Continental Timber Corporation to ask them if they'd recently agreed to a lease with Vega Biofuels. Here's what I found.

1. The Continental Timber Corporation is based in Dublin, GA.
2. It has no website.
3. It has no phone #.
4. It only has a P.O. Box. It is:

P.O. Box 1283
Dublin, Georgia
31040 (the zip code is legitimate)

The only hopeful thing I can think of is that the attorneys haven't filed the lease yet.

That doesn't explain the invisible timber corporation. That's why I need your help. I'm thinking of calling the USPS and/or the Georgia Secretary of State to find out whether or not CTC exists. Do any of you know what questions I should ask and if there's a better resource to call?

I'd be grateful for your help! I feel a bit stuck right now.
