The large group that has been flipping VPER for a long time does not even post on this board. I know who they are. They have so many shares and they have never taken a loss. They can dump millions and make it up when they get the panic sellers shares lower. They have been succesful at it since we were in the .001's. They used to post everywhere on major boards all the time. When they stopped the flipping began. Think about it. If they were posting VPER everywhere with their names, as they are big names on I hub we would be in pennyland already. They prefer being able to flip and continue to stockpile shares before they decide to really run it. JMO.
