I like this from the 10k: "In order to correct the plant throughput and improve the gold recovery the Company has hired an engineering firm to perform a complete review of the water process in the plant to improve the delivery of clean water and to optimize the geotextile tubes. The Company hired a geologist to review and monitor the process for proper ore grade during mining. The Company plans to employ a second gravity bowl, when possible, in the plant process to improve gold recovery. The Company has implemented a new screen plant maintenance schedule and is working on a new parts inventory system in order to improve the plant operating hours."
