I believe that is 55 million additional shares issued. The company also owned about 52 that I believe they sold on the public market. So it would be 5.2 million (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bs?s=MSLP.OB) - 3 million cash then (2,200,000/108,000,000) so at .02 cents a share.

But honestly I think they got rid of a lot more of their derivative debt in q3 then previously stated. We wont know until year end financials come out. They just gave us rough numbers in the PR announcement.

In early march we saw a lot of big 1 million dollar shares sales, and I think that was the company selling shares on the open market.
