Agree with you and MrDarcy!
This is very positive, as it shows an intent to continue filing, and to meet SEC requirements.

How long a delay will be caused by the change in public accounting firms announced in March is hard to say. We really don't know if the reason for the change was related to the length of time the other firm was taking to complete an audit or what.

But the two announcements together defin itely give reason to hope that a report is coming soon.

No point in selling now, and in fact, this could be the last opportunity to buy before a report comes out showing earnings-- earnings that will likely FAR exceed the current share price, which does not reflect the value of an operating company with the sales and earning of HSYT.

Big gains coming, IMO!!
