NT 10-K filed today.

Positive sign I would think... if they were walking away from the stock they likely wouldn't bother filing. Whether they will file soon is anyone's guess but something is going to happen sooner or later and this puppy should be moving once again.

Money is better than poverty, if only for financial reasons.
