RS? I take Thomas's comments as a RS being last option. He is being very careful in his moves. First, get the move to another TA to see what is really in the playing deck. Thomas can then, maybe, pull out the ace for a buy back or share retirement. Maybe both. These moves are in the best interest of the longs.
