Here's the real question. Last year this stock traded up around $7/share and they had a lot of debt. They delisted because they couldn't maintain escrow. They then got rid of almost all their debt, aquired new customers, are making money. So really, what are they worth now? Seems to me if the company was worth $7,$8 a share up to thier necks in debt. They should be worth that again. Don't know how to value a company but it's a valid question.
