How can you say it's not a chart play?

If it wern't a chart play, you wouldn't be able to draw a big thick trend channel and predict the tops and bottoms. But there it is in black and white.

you are right that it is a news play also. This chart will continue as it is drawn until either unexpected or major news hits. If the biopsy results come late that is fine, the uptrend is still in tact. plenty of reason for this to goto even $1 without that news.

If we ever get major major news like biopsy confirmed, or beginning FDA clinical trials you are right, you can throw the chart out the window for a while while it jumps to entirely new levels.
