OK, spoke with Beverly. she is the quote, unquote, "agent" for the company. Pleasure to talk to, however limited in the amount of info she has at the moment.
Says info is being sent to her this week, which will lead to a PR. Got the impression that the folks in wa. who bought this, did so for the purpose of a reverse merger. But that is nothing more than my own gut feeling. Please don't quote me on that part. She also stated that there would be a name change.
Asked about share structure, she did not have any info on that, but expected to have it by the end of the week.

This will be interesting, this could be fun.
My only concern, I sure as hell hope they do not do a reverse split to accomadate the new structure. Tough call, and one I do not have a feel for as yet.
